Hello, my name is Quaker! Are you looking for a moderately active new companion? After some time spent adjusting to my new surroundings, I have blossomed into a social, relaxed, and gentle guy! My shelter friends have noticed some behavior indicating I may be uncomfortable meeting strange dogs and new people, so we will ask that if you have another dog in the home that we meet to see how things go. I like to take things slow! My perfect home would be a quiet one that has a lot of time to spend with me. I really don't like to be alone, so if you are retired, that's even better. I am asking for a home with children over the age of 10 years old too. Please ask about me! I am around 7 years old, already know some tricks, and am quite easy going! I am in a quiet part of the shelter - ask a staff member or a volunteer to see me :)
