animal # 516428

I am the shelter's Chief of Operations and Canine-in Chief. You can call me Chief for short. I am a freckled, calm gentleman seeking a quiet, low-traffic home. While I enjoy the easy life, I do love my walks, and I am superb on leash. The shelter requires that any children in my new home be 13 or older due to my previous inability to cope with young children in my home. Historically, I have'nt been fond of other dogs, so any future introductions should be slow and safe. I love belly rubs, and once I warm up to you, I am your buddy for life. Be sure to ask about me. I'm ready to be your co-pilot, your BFF, your Listener-in-Chief. I won't hog the remote control. I promise to share all of your dinner. And I will keep your feet warm at night. I 10 years old and weigh 79 pounds. Ask about me today!
